Conditions of Use



1. General Provisions

  

The present provisions apply to all deliveries and services provided by the enterprise sabamoda.de, Saba Woldab, Burg Strasse 134, 60389 Frankfurt, / Germany to consumers (Article 13 BGB (the German Civil Law)

 

2. Selection of goods

 

Responsibility for selecting the ordered goods and the thereby envisaged outcome lies with the customer unless the order is based on a separately paid for advisory service from Saba Woldab with a corresponding written recommendation to purchase.

 

 

3. Retention of title

 

Until receiving the total invoiced amount the delivered goods remain the property of sabamoda.

 

 

4. Payment

 

You can pay with pre-payment, or on account depending on your order and place of delivery. Should you – for whatever reason – return a product within14 days, the costs will either be refunded or the invoice will get cancelled.

 

5. Cancellation / Withdrawal

 

After receiving the goods you have the absolute right to return the goods within 14 days. Also you can withdraw your order within 14 days after order input. The time for withdrawal right of your order begins at the earliest, the day after receiving this instruction in written form. The withdrawal does not have to contain any explanations and can be in written form (e.g. e-mail) or trough returning the goods. To ensure the time of withdrawal it is enough to send the goods back in time to:

Not post-paid reshipments generally aren’t accepted.

 

 

6. Terms of payment

 

Invoices are expected to be paid after deductions, within 20 days without any commissions, or else by prepayment. Invoice: After the second ineffective admonition (enrolled) all data will be forwarded to a collection agency (additional charges will arise). Aiming for a credit check and credit assessment the forwarding of data to economic information services will happen. Naturally your data is being handled confidentially.

 

7. Guarantee

 

No matter if material-, quality-, or shipping defects: Please feel free to complain about all faults immediately. While in the warranty period of two years, after the delivery you have the option on free supplementary performance: Either we repair the product (rectification of a defect) or we switch the whole piece or a part (supplementary delivery). Will the defect not be repaired in the accurate time you have two choices: annulment of the purchase (cancellation) or the abatement of the purchase price (reduction).

There will be no compensation for secondary damage or for additional expenditures of the client if the conditions are not fulfilled or late or badly fulfilled. If affected by something outside of our area of influence, there won’t be a delay. The right to withdraw is for the buyer, only after setting an appropriate additional respite.

 

8. Data protection

 

All personal data is being handled confidentially. Customer’s data is being stored and processed considering corresponding regulations. Your personal data is only being used for defined, explicit and rightful causes, and is only stored as long as needed. You have the right to request information, provide correction, block or/and erase your stored data. We don’t forward any data to third parties. Further, intending credit checks, we network together with businesses, who grant credit reports (only for delivery with invoice).
