Vouchers – questions and answers
Buy vouchers:
If offered in the shop, vouchers can be bought as any normal product. Once the voucher is bought and activated (after effective payment) the amount will appear under the shopping basket. Now you can forward the designated amount as e-mail by clicking the link “send voucher”.
How to forward Vouchers:
To forward a voucher click the link “send voucher” in your shopping basket. To send a voucher we need the following data: First and last name of the receiver. The receivers valid e-mail address and the designated amount (also partial amounts of your own deposit possible). And a short note to the receiver. Please check your data before sending.
Before forwarding you’re always able to make changes and/or correct the data.
Shopping with voucher:
Once you have a voucher, you can use it to pay for your order. While transacting your order you’ll have the opportunity to cash the voucher. If the credit is below the value of goods, you’ll have to choose your favoured payment method to pay the difference. Is the credit above the value of goods, naturally the remaining amount will be available for your next order?
Booking vouchers:
If you got a voucher as e-mail, you can book the amount as follows:
Click the stated link in your e-mail. If you don’t have a personal account yet, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up.
After putting a product into your basket, you can enter your voucher code.
